Friday’s weekly guide to Life Balance from 4EvaYoung.com
Here is the second part to the Power of Intention presentation by Wayne Dyer. If you haven’t watched the first part you can do so here: Wayne Dyer - Power Of Intentions Part 1. This second part is 1 hour in length and as usual for your convenience I have summarized the main points for your enjoyment.
Research has shown that any person who is the recipient of an act of kindness has their serotonin levels increased and their immune system strengthened just because they received this act of kindness.
If you are a provider of an act of kindness, it can be something as simple as a smile, the serotonin levels in you are increased to the same level as the receiver and so is your immune system. What is even more exciting is that the observer of an act of kindness has their serotonin levels and their immune system strengthened also just because their are in the energy field of this kindness.
Your view of the world really depends upon how much you respect yourself, how much love you have for yourself. When you trust in yourself you are trusting in the same wisdom that created you. When you fail to trust in yourself, when you fail to love yourself you are denying your own divinity.
Who can give away what they don’t have for them self. If you don’t love yourself how can you extend it outwards.
True nobility is not about being better than anyone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.
“Beauty is truth. Truth beauty. That is all you know on earth. That is all you need to know.”
Your natural state is beauty, joy and tranquility.
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. - St Francis
Low energy people can never bring you down. You have low energy because you hate people for hating you. You get angry at people for being angry at you. You judge people for judging you. You join others in their low energy.
Wayne Dyer Summarizes his presentation in these twelve points:
1. Want more for others than you want for yourself.
2. Think from the end.
3. Be an appreciator in your life. Look for that which is valuable rather than worthless.
4. Stay in rapport with source energy.
5. Understand resistance. Every unkind thought, every un creative thought, every thought of judgement, every thought of fear, every thought of depression, every thought that it cant happen are all resistance.
6. Contemplate yourself surrounded by the conditions that you want to produce.
7. Understand the art of allowing. It means taking the path of least resistance.
8. Practice radical humility. You are not this body you are in, you are not this mind you are in, you are not any of the possessions that you have. You are a divine source.
9. Be in a state of gratitude.
10. Do not resolve a problem by condeming it.
11. Play the match game. Allows ask yourself if you are matched up with the field of intention.
12. Meditate. It is essential because it’s your way to staying connected with source.
