About
Tezza was a big meat eater and probably has single handedly killed off all the animals in Ronald McDonald’s farm many times over. Then he went to a Tony Robbins seminar turning him into a vegetarian overnight. He didn’t see the light again for another 2 and a half years abstaining from all animal food products. Now Tezza eats a much more balanced diet which may account for McDonald’s dwindling sales.
Tezza is addicted to Pho, no it’s not an acronym for a party drug it’s a traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup. Of course you can put chicken or other animal parts but beef is the only option he prefers. The broth is placed in a bowl with rice noodles and thinly cut raw beef strips placed on top. The beef is allowed to cook from the heat of the broth. Put some coriander leaves, some freshly squeezed lime, bean sprouts and a good squeeze of chilly sauce and hoisin sauce to make the meal complete. Hmmmm Yum!
Tezza is predictable when it comes to ordering drinks at restaurants. You don’t have to be psychic to know he is going to order a Lemon Lime Bitters. Tezza’s friends find this quirk humorous and suggests he start a business as the global distributor of Lemon Lime Bitters.
Tezza lives in the best country in the world. No not the United States. No not that one either, the other one. Think Olympic games “The best Games ever”. Although he can’t imagine living anywhere else he has an insatiable appetite to see faraway lands and explore the furthest regions of our fragile little planet.
Tezza started this site originally as an idea to transmit all the junk stuck in his head into a public medium for others to ponder over. It has since turned into his personal collection of resources and a place to voice his opinions on various topics. Tezza has found blogging cheaper than ending up in a counselors office so he will continue blogging into the future even if sometimes he feels he is writing to himself.
Tezza is not the fittest person on the planet and won’t be competing in a marathon anytime soon. But in a moment of madness or lapse in judgment he decided to walk 800 km across northern Spain popularly known as the Camino de Santiago 2008.
Tezza is just an ordinary guy who can’t sing or dance for his life. He is just trying to make his way in this sometimes complicated world. He is not an expert on any topic he talks about in his blog and readers should not believe a thing he says. As Andre Gide once said, “Believe those who are seeking the truth, doubt those who find it”.
